°. Corrígese el inciso primero del artículo 294 de la Ley 906 de 2004, cuyo tenor literal será el siguiente: “ Artículo 294. Vencimiento del término . Vencido el término previsto en el artículo 175 el fiscal deberá solicitar la preclusión o formular la acusación ante el juez de conocimiento. De no hacerlo, perderá competencia para seguir actuando de lo cual informará inmediatamente a su respectivo superior”.
