° Por el Ministerio de Gobierno se excitará á la Autoridad eclesiástica para que á costa del Tesoro público se celebren próximamente solemnes exequias fúnebres por el descanso del alma del ciudadano ilustre que acaba de morir en el seno de la Iglesia, después de haber merecido bien de ella como primer Magistrado. Publíquese este Decreto y envíese copia auténtica de él á la señora viuda de Núñez.
