La liquidación de la participación nacional se hará diariamente por el Director de las minas de Marmato, sobre el producto total del oro libre extraído por el Contratista, y quincenalmente sobre los cianurados y demás productos de la explotación. Dicha liquidación quedará sujeta a la ulterior revisión y aprobación del Ministerio de Minas y petróleos. Si dentro de los treinta días siguientes a la fecha de recibo de la respectiva liquidación el Ministerio no le hubiere hecho observaciones, se considerará aprobada.
