Las libranzas para la composición del instrumental se girarán por el respectivo Habilitado, con el Visto Bueno del Inspector general de las Bandas ó del Director de aquella á que el instrumental pertenezca, y por orden del Comandante General Divisionario ó del Jefe del correspondiente Batallón.
