Una vez que la Gobernación de Caldas manifieste al Gobierno que acepta esta Ley, este la reglamentara para facilitar su cumplimiento, y determinará la manera como el Departamento de Caldas hará efectivo el pago de ñas cantidades que correspondan a la Nación.
