° Los médicos hospitalarios, a que se refiere este Decreto, serán nombrados por el Organo Ejecutivo, y el resto del personal por el Secretario de Higiene de Nariño, en su carácter de Director Departamental de Higiene, de acuerdo con el médico jefe de cada hospital. Estos nombramientos necesitarán la aprobación del Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social.
