De manera análoga a lo establecido en el artículo anterior, el Banco de la República endosará las obligaciones y cederá a Finagro la cartera del Fondo Financiero Forestal creado por la Ley 26 de 1977 . Su pago al Banco de la República se hará con recursos del Presupuesto Nacional.
