A partir de la vigencia de esta Ley, no menos del 70% de las recuperaciones de la cartera de créditos de producción otorgados por el INCORA serán destinados al Fondo Agropecuario de Garantías, para respaldar los créditos otorgados a los beneficiarios de la reforma agraria.
