Por motivos graves y de acuerdo con el Gobierno, los Juzgados del Circuito podrán funcionar transitoriamente en lugar distinto del en que deben residir, pero siempre dentro del territorio de su jurisdicción. En casos urgentes podrá verificarse la traslación de acuerdo con el Gobernador del Departamento respectivo, quien podrá dar cuenta de lo ocurrido al Gobierno para que resuelva lo que estime conveniente.
