º El artículo 2 del Decreto 53 de 1994, quedará así: Artículo 2 º La prima de antigüedad para los empleados públicos docentes de las Instituciones Oficiales de Educación Superior del orden nacional, que venían percibiéndola, se incrementará en el veintiuno por ciento (21%). Si al aplicar el porcentaje establecido resultaren centavos, se desecharán. En dicho reajuste se entienden involucrados los incrementos por año cumplido de servicios, ordenados para dicho personal en disposiciones anteriores a este Decreto.
