La bonificación por servicios prestados a que tienen derecho los empleados que trabajan en la Contraloría General de la República, será equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la asignación básica que corresponda al funcionario en la fecha en que se cause el derecho a percibirla, siempre que no devengue una remuneración mensual superior a cien mil setecientos cincuenta pesos ($100.750.00). Para los demás empleados la bonificación por servicios prestados será equivalente al treinta y cinco por ciento (35%) de la remuneración mensual.
