La Junta Directiva se reunirá en forma ordinaria por lo menos una vez al mes, en el día, hora y lugar que la misma determine. La Junta podrá ser convocada a reuniones extraordinarias por ella misma, el Representante Legal, el Revisor Fiscal, dos (2) de sus Miembros que actúen como principales y el Presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Valores.
