ARTICULO 7 o . Campo de Aplicación. - Las normas del presente Capítulo serán aplicables a los trabajadores oficiales que sean desvinculados de sus empleos o cargos como resultado de la supresión de la empresa, en aplicación de lo dispuesto por el Artículo Transitorio 20 de la Constitución Política.
