No tendrán derecho a disfrutar de las facilidades de crédito, deducciones de la renta y exenciones establecidas en el presente Decreto, las personas que hubieren sido compensadas o sea posible esperar que reciban compensación por sus pérdidas, en virtud de seguros o de otra manera. Si la compensación recibida o por recibir fuere parcial, las facilidades y deducciones de que trata este Decreto se reducirán en la cuantía de la compensación o indemnización recibida o por recibir.
