ARTICULO 63A : Agravación por el lugar de comisión del delito . Cuando el hecho punible fuere dirigido o cometido total o parcialmente desde el interior de un lugar de reclusión por quien estuviere privado de su libertad, o total o parcialmente fuera del territorio nacional, la pena se aumentará hasta la mitad, siempre que dicha circunstancia no constituya hecho punible autónomo ni elemento del mismo.
