El cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en los dos artículos anteriores por parte de la Nación, queda condicionado a que el Departamento de Caldas suministre, mediante transferencia legal a la Nación, el lote o lotes necesarios para la construcción de los edificios de que trata el artículo 4º de esta Ley.
