Presentado por el Fiscal Penal Militar y Policial Delegado el escrito de acusación, el Juez Penal Militar y Policial de Garantías dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes al recibo del mismo, señalará fecha y hora para la celebración de la audiencia de formulación de acusación.

La Fiscalía Penal Militar y Policial entregará copia del escrito de acusación con destino al acusado, al defensor, al Ministerio Público y a las víctimas.
