º . Modificar el artículo 158 del Decreto 1572 de 1998, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 158. Se entiende que un empleo es equivalente a otro cuando tienen funciones iguales o similares, para su ejercicio se exijan requisitos de estudio y de experiencia iguales o similares y cuando la asignación básica de aquél no sea inferior a la de éste."
