Finalidad . La Contraloría General de la República tendrá acceso a los sistemas de información o bases de datos de las entidades públicas y de las entidades privadas que dispongan o administren recursos y/o ejerzan funciones públicas. La información solo podrá ser utilizada para los fines y propósitos de la vigilancia y control fiscal. Esta facultad es aplicable a todos los órganos de control fiscal exclusivamente frente a sus sujetos u objetos de vigilancia y control fiscal.
