° De la calificación de servicios. El rendimiento, la calidad del trabajo y el comportamiento laboral de los empleados, nombrados en período de prueba o inscritos en el escalafón de la Carrera Administrativa Especial de la Superintendencia Bancaria, serán objeto de calificación de servicios, de conformidad con las reglas establecidas por el presente Decreto y por las que posteriormente lo adicionen o reglamenten.
