º Funciones. La Comisión tiene atribuidas las funciones y facultades establecidas en los artículos 73, 74 numeral 2º y demás disposiciones concordantes de la Ley 142 de 1994. Además tendrá las siguientes atribuciones

Elegir al Coordinador General;

Aprobar el anteproyecto del presupuesto anual;

Aprobar el plan de actividades de la Comisión;

Establecer el orden de prioridad y de ejecución de los trabajos a fijar las directrices y criterios para la elaboración de los mismos.
