Límite a las operaciones del Fondo. El Fondo no podrá desarrollar operaciones que comprometan su estabilidad financiera, teniendo en cuenta el costo de sus recursos. El Gobierno Nacional establecerá los límites a las operaciones activas de crédito. Para determinar el patrimonio técnico, el Gobierno tendrá en cuenta las características particulares del Fondo, de sus activos y pasivos de tal manera que en las operaciones del Fondo no se comprometa su solidez financiera.
