Realización de activos. El liquidador, en cumplimiento de sus deberes, realizará la totalidad de los activos de la FEN, de tal manera que los accionistas no se hagan adjudicaciones en especie, salvo que así lo resolviere la Asamblea General de Accionistas con el voto favorable de quienes representen la mayoría absoluta de las acciones suscritas.
