Art 3º El Ministerio mencionado distribuirá lo conveniente para que se alojen los alumnos de ambos planteles en el local que hoy ocupa el segundo de ellos, y Hará entregar el del primero, á las herramientas y máquinas en uso que no sean del Gobierno, a sus dueños, previas las diligencias del caso; y por el Despacho del Tesoro se pasaran las partidas destinadas para los gastos ocasionados por los servicios a que este Decreto se refiere.
