Una vez realizada la evaluación trimestral correspondiente al cierre de la vigencia anual, la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar determinará mediante resolución, las cajas de compensación familiar que deben cumplir con la segunda prioridad. De igual forma se procederá para la aplicación de la tercera prioridad, después de realizar la evaluación posterior al vencimiento del plazo previsto en el literal b) del artículo anterior.
