Artículo quinto. El personal del Servicio de Salubridad Rural tiene obligación de residir permanentemente en el sitio para el cual ha sido designado y no podrá ausentarse de él sino por razón de sus funciones o con previa autorización del Director Departamental, Intendencial o Comisarial de Higiene.
