El consignatario podrá vender las cosas por un precio mayor que el prefijado, a menos que esta facultad le haya sido limitada por el consignante, caso en el cual tendrá derecho el consignatario a la comisión estipulada o usual y, en su defecto, a la que determinen peritos.
