La presente ley tiene por objeto modificar el artículo 518 del Decreto número 410 de 1971, actual Código de Comercio colombiano, en lo atinente a la adición de un inciso final que establezca el derecho de aviso de traslado por parte del arrendatario de un local comercial, una vez terminada la relación contractual.
