Las dependencias del ramo de Guerra que ejerzan las funciones de control y ejecución del presupuesto del mismo, darán en todo caso prelación, en la efectividad del pago de prestaciones reconocidas, a aquellas que tengan carácter de unitarias, como consecuencia de muerte del causante.
