Lo dispuesto en la presente ley deberá ser incorporado en los respectivos Planes de Ordenamiento Territorial y Planes Básicos de Ordenamiento Territorial de que habla la Ley 388 de 1997 y que por disposición legal debe ser adoptado en cada uno de los municipios del país.
