ARTICULO 2.4.5.4.5 .- OBLIGATORIEDAD DE PACTAR LA CLÁUSULA SOBRE APROPIACIONES PRESUPUESTALES. En todos los contratos que celebre la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A., FEN, directamente o mediante el sistema de redescuento, se pactará una cláusula en virtud de la cual la entidad respectiva se obligue a incluir en sus presupuestos las partidas y apropiaciones indispensables para el pago, cuyo incumplimiento determinará la exigibilidad inmediata de la correspondiente obligación.
