Art. 271. La Aduana no pondrá el pase sin que previamente el reesportador se constituya, por medio de una obligacion, responsable de los derechos de importacion que hubieren de causar los efectos reesportados, en el caso de que no presente en el término señalado la correspondiente tornaguia de la Aduana de Maracaibo o de la Aduana del Táchira, segun el caso.
