° Para los efectos del presente Decreto, la adecuación de tierras comprenderá la ejecución en forma integral y con el fin de corregir los: factores que limitan el aprovechamiento de un predio, de algunas de las siguientes obras; Desmonte, descepe, desempiedre, emparejamiento, nivelación, corrección de. acidez y alcalinidad de los suelos, sistemas de drenaje, sistemas de riego y de drenaje, defensa contra inundaciones, control de erosión, protección de corrientes de agua, jagüeyes, carreteables internos.
