Modifíquese el artículo 2.16.2.1 del Título 2, de la Parte 16, del Libro 2 del Decreto 1071 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo Agropecuario, Pesquero y de Desarrollo Rural, el cual quedará así: Artículo 2.16.2.1. Subsector pesquero y de la acuicultura. El Subsector Pesquero está conformado por los organismos a que se refieren los artículos 9 y 10 de la Ley 13 de 1990.
