El artículo 129 del Decreto-ley número 2349 (diciembre 3 de 1971), quedará así: El Ministerio de Salud Pública ejercerá las funciones de inspección y control sanitario en todos los puertos de la República y la Inspección y control de las naves aéreas, marítimas y terrestres que entren o salgan del país.
