Artículo veintisiete. El Juez, el Magistrado o la Sala que no cumplieren con algunos de los términos señalados en este Decreto, para el procedimiento especial, incurrirá en multa de doscientos pesos ($200.00) y a quinientos pesos ($500.00), que le impondrá disciplinaria y sumariamente le Ministerio de Justicia, a solicitud de cualquier persona. La reincidencia en la mora se considerará como causal de mala conducta, que acarreará la destitución del funcionario responsable, la cual será decretada por la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
