Artículo quinto. Cuando se trate de colegios ya extinguidos o cuyos archivos hayan desaparecido debiendo acreditarse previamente tal hecho se podrá recurrir a la prueba supletoria, consistente en dos declaraciones juradas por personas que ejercieron funciones directivas o docentes en el mismo establecimiento.
