º . Procedimiento de entrega . De la diligencia de entrega se levantará un acta en la cual conste como mínimo: fecha de entrega, identificación de la Cámara de Comercio que la realiza y de la entidad que recibe, nombre y clase de la organización comunal, así como una relación de los documentos entregados, fecha de inscripción de los mismos y el total de folios. El acta será firmada por los representantes legales de las entidades que intervengan en la diligencia, o en su defecto por quienes acrediten la delegación correspondiente.
