Esta Ley regirá desde el primero de enero de 1932, con excepción de los artículos 26, el relacionado con el impuesto de consumo de cervezas, y el de facultades extraordinarias al Presidente de la República, que regirán desde su sanción.

Las rentas gravables correspondientes al año de 1931 serán gravadas de acuerdo con la presente Ley.
