°. Modificar el artículo 5° del Decreto 851 de 1994, cuyo texto quedará así : “Artículo 5°. Los integrantes de las organizaciones distintas a la Administración Pública Nacional serán seleccionados para un período de dos (2) años. Las inscripciones deberán realizarse con una antelación mínima de un mes a la fecha del vencimiento del respectivo período. Cuando se trate de falta definitiva de un integrante, las inscripciones se realizarán dentro del mes inmediatamente siguiente a su ocurrencia”.
