Articulo 85. Los jefes de las oficinas postales en que haya empleados especiales encargados del servicio de giros, tendrán la obligación de confrontar diariamente las emisiones y los pagos, consultando los registros, relaciones y demás documentos, y verificaran la existencia en caja, cuidando de que no se retengan fondos excedentes, sino los necesarios para atender los pagos.
