Es causal de mala conducta, suficiente para imponer disciplinariamente por el respectivo superior la destitución de un empleado de la Rama Jurisdiccional o del Ministerio Público, la comprobación de haber sido violada la norma del artículo del artículo 174 de la Constitución Nacional.
