Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral. El Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral, está conformado por:

El Sistema General de Pensiones

El Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud

El Sistema General de Riesgos Laborales

Cada afiliado, de conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley 100 de 1993, podrá escoger de manera separada la entidad administradora del régimen de salud y del régimen de pensiones, a la cual deseen estar vinculados. Los pensionados podrán escoger libremente la entidad administradora del régimen de salud que prefieran.
