Ningún profesor escalafonado en desempeño de funciones docentes oficiales, podrá ser destituido de su cargo sin antes ser excluido del Escalafón, pero en caso de falta grave, podrá ser suspendido inmediatamente mientras la Junta respectiva resuelve sobre la exclusión.
