En virtud de las competencias señaladas en los Decretos Únicos Reglamentarios 1066 de 2015 y 1082 de 2015 que en materia de asociatividad comparten el Ministerio del Interior y el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, cualquier modificación al presente Título deberá ser suscrita por ambas entidades.
