ARTICULO 63 . TRANSITORIO. APROPIACIONES PRESUPUESTALES.- Los saldos de las apropiaciones presupuestales de gastos de funcionamiento e inversión, existentes a la fecha de vigencia de esta norma, asignados al Fondo Vial Nacional se seguirán ejecutando como rubros del Instituto Nacional de Vías o del Ministerio de Transporte, en cumplimiento de la distribución de competencias que se establece mediante al presente decreto y de conformidad con las decisiones que adopte el Ministro de Transporte.
