Art. 192. El derecho de “ Toneladas ” se cobrará sobre los buques que entren a los puertos de la República, a razon de un peso por cada mil kilógramos de peso bruto de las mercancías que se descarguen, esceptuándose el carbon, la sal, el hielo i los ladrillos, tejas i baldosas, por cuya descarga no se cobrará el referido impuesto.
