Término para dictar la resolución. El trámite contravencional, la resolución a que se refiere el literal f) del artículo 68 del Estatuto, se tomará dentro de los diez días siguientes, siempre que hubiese procedido el dictamen del Instituto de Medicina Legal, cuando así se requiera.
