Tendrán la denominación de "Cursos Compensatorios" los que desarrollen los Centros Comerciales de Enseñanza Media, y los Institutos Técnicos de Bachillerato Comercial, con base en los estudios regulares del ciclo básico de enseñanza media o del bachillerato, según el caso, de acuerdo con las siguientes normas:
