A partir del 1º de enero de 2008, los Citadores que presten los servicios en la Procuraduría General de la Nación, tendrán derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 32 del Decreto 717 de 1978, así

Para ciudades de más de un millón de habitantes, la suma de cincuenta mil seiscientos veintitrés pesos ($50.623) moneda corriente, mensuales;

Para ciudades entre seiscientos mil y un millón de habitantes, la suma de treinta y un mil novecientos diez pesos ($31.910) moneda corriente, mensuales;

Para ciudades entre trescientos mil y menos de seiscientos mil habitantes, la suma de veinte mil doscientos setenta pesos ($20.270) moneda corriente, mensuales.
